Elizabeth A. Adinolfi is a partner at Teitler & Teitler, LLP, where she leads the firm’s guardianship practice. Liz represents individuals and families in Article 81 guardianship proceedings, including serving as Court Evaluator and as counsel to guardians, to high-net-worth individuals alleged to be incapacitated, and to their families in contested proceedings. Her practice also encompasses all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and the division of complex assets.

Liz joined the firm in 2026 from Phillips Nizer LLP, where she was a partner in the Litigation and Matrimonial Law Practices and chaired the firm’s Guardianship Practice. Prior to Phillips Nizer, she clerked for the Honorable Russell A. Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court and was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Liz is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association and previously served as Co-Chair of the Guardianship Committee. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the New York Metro Edition for Elder Law and by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Woman in Law.
