Nancy is a partner of the firm and represents individuals in connection with matrimonial matters and across a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions and trust and estate matters. Nancy has extensive experience advising domestic and international individuals in connection with pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Nancy joined the firm in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked in the bank finance and corporate departments at Shearman & Sterling (1997-2002). She then went on to obtain a masters degree in social work at New York University in 2004.
Nancy is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1997), and Bucknell University (B.S.B.A. 1993).
