Susan joined the firm in 2019 bringing over twenty years of experience as a trusts and estates attorney representing high net worth individuals, trust companies and fiduciaries across a broad range of trusts and estates practice areas. Susan has a depth and breadth of experience working with sophisticated estate planning techniques which incorporate tax-efficient wealth transfer planning, multi-generational planning and asset protection planning. Susan also has extensive experience administering complex estates and trusts, representing both individual and corporate executors and trustees.

Susan started her career at White & Case, LLP, New York, New York, in their Trusts and Estate department where she practiced from 1991-2001, and prior to joining the firm was Counsel in the Private Clients Group of Cummings & Lockwood LLC, resident in their Greenwich, Connecticut office. Susan is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut. Susan is a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates law section, and the Connecticut Bar Association.

Susan received her BA from Colgate University and her JD, Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University College of Law where she was a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
